Terms of Service

Welcome to CareLink. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CareLink platform (the “Site”) and our related services, including Daily Check-Ins and Medical Escort bookings conducted through our official LINE Official Account.
1. Services
CareLink provides two primary services:
1. Daily Check-In (Subscription): A tiered remote monitoring service (Free, Starter, Standard, Premium). Standard/Premium plans include human agent verification.
2. Medical Escort (On-Demand): A physical accompaniment service where a "Medical Escort" (ME) accompanies the care recipient to medical appointments.
2. Booking & Matching Policy
Lead Time: All Medical Escort requests must be submitted at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the appointment time to ensure availability.
Exception Handling & Refunds:
CareLink operates on a strict matching timeline to ensure reliability:
* We broadcast jobs to our Gold Tier partners 48 hours in advance.
* If no Medical Escort has accepted the job by 1:00 PM on the day prior to the appointment, CareLink will automatically cancel the request, notify the Client immediately, and process a full refund.
3. Fees & Payments
Subscriptions: Charged monthly. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice.
Dispatch Runner: This is a pay-per-use service (฿350). Users must agree to a liability waiver before dispatch.
Medical Escort: Charged per trip (4-hour block). Transport fares (Taxi/Grab) are billed at cost.
4. Limitation of Liability
CareLink facilitates connections and provides check-ins but is not a medical provider. We are not liable for medical outcomes or emergencies that occur during the service, though our staff are trained to escalate emergencies to 1669.
