CareLink is Thailand's first hybrid elderly safety platform. We combine automated daily check-ins with human-verified safety protocols to ensure your loved ones are safe, even when you can't be there.

Our Story

It began with a silent observation. We noticed a recurring pattern in Thai society: elderly parents often hide their health issues or skip doctor appointments simply because they don't want to disturb their children who are working hard in the city. They fear being a "burden" and choose to navigate complex hospital systems alone, or worse, stay home when they need care.

We realized that this gap isn't about lack of love, but lack of viable options. Safety shouldn't depend on whether a child can take a day off work to drive them, and peace of mind shouldn't require constant intrusive phone calls.

CareLink was built to bridge this gap. Our Daily Check-In service acts as a consistent safety net, verifying well-being every morning without being burdensome. Our Medical Escort service provides a professional "care-child" on demand, allowing the elderly to access healthcare with dignity and support, while their children can focus on work with peace of mind.
